Composite/ synthetic roofing products such as F- Wave and Euroshield are products made from rubber or plastics. They come in a variety of shapes and styles to simulate cedar shakes, natural slate, or even asphalt shingles. These are premium roofing options that combine resilience to hail and weather with style. There are many product options in this category but once factoring in price and performance, we recommend F-Wave and Euroshield. These premium roofing options cost about $29,000.00 to $56,000.00.
Stone Coated Steel
Stone coated steel roofing is made from 24 gauge and 26 gauge steel sheets that are “stamped and shaped” to look like cedar shakes, concrete tiles, or natural slate. The steel panels are coated with a rust proofer just metal traditional metal roofing panels. They are then coated with an adhesive and small stone granules like asphalt shingles. this gives them texture and a stylish appearance. This type of roofing requires a highly skilled crew and a specialized installation. Stone coated steel roofing costs approximately $60,000.00 for an average residential home and $120,000.00 for a larger home.
